Copying information, chasing approvals, compiling reports: as a Swiss boutique partner for SMEs, we help simplify these everyday tasks pragmatically. With your existing tools, focused automation and AI where it adds practical value.
Example of a possible workflow
An enquiry arrives by email.
The workflow transfers relevant details. Unclear cases go to a person for review.
The responsible person receives the case with the information they need.
An example application
An enquiry arrives by email, is copied into another system and forwarded manually. A workflow could handle capture and routing. AI can assist with unstructured text, while unclear cases go to a person for review.
Together we assess value, effort and prerequisites. The first step should make everyday work easier and fit your existing systems.
Review processes and existing systems, identify bottlenecks and prioritise changes by value, effort and dependencies.
Connect recurring tasks, notifications and approvals. Use existing Microsoft tools where licences and integrations allow.
Summarise text, structure information and support processing steps. Clear rules, data protection and human review remain part of the workflow.
From idea to implementation
Identify manual work and the systems, data and people involved.
Choose a suitable first process and check technical and organisational prerequisites.
Build the workflow and check typical cases and exceptions.
Introduce the responsible people, document the process and agree on operations.
Many of our previous small automation projects were below CHF 10,000. We start with one bounded process and check feasibility first. Consulting, implementation and possible licence or operating costs are clarified before you commission the work.
Three studies explore adoption, skills and implementation. Our recommendations explain what we draw from these findings when planning your project.
In the 2024 Work Trend Index, 75% of knowledge workers surveyed internationally reported using AI at work. This is not a figure for all Swiss employees. Our recommendation: First identify which tools your team already uses and which tasks they support.
KOF’s analysis of Swiss businesses describes a digitalisation surge in 2020–2022 associated more with increased employee expertise than with higher hardware and software investment. Our recommendation: Plan time for onboarding, clear responsibilities and understandable working instructions alongside the technology.
In the OECD D4SME survey, 39% cited lack of time for training as a barrier to digitalisation. Conducted in late 2024, it covered 1,009 businesses using digital platforms in ten countries, excluding Switzerland; the sample is not representative of all SMEs. Our recommendation: Start with a clearly scoped workflow and reserve time for testing and practice.
Digitalisation considers processes and tools as a whole. AI is one option; many improvements come from straightforward automation and connected systems.

Yes. We analyse business workflows and implement suitable automation. We use AI where it adds value and also deliver solutions without AI.
Not necessarily. We first check what can be simplified or connected with your current tools. Replacing a system is only one option.
Before implementation, we clarify data types, permissions and providers. We define which data may go where and when human approval is required.
