Questions and answers (10)

Which AI seminar suits our team?

The AI Foundation Seminar covers the basics, writing AI instructions and first office applications. The AI Practical Seminar tailors exercises to your department and workflows. In the AI Intensive Workshop, you select suitable applications and develop an implementation roadmap. Foundation and Practical are offered as one-day formats; the Intensive Workshop runs over two days.

Do participants need technical experience?

The Foundation Seminar requires no programming skills or previous AI experience. It suits beginners and teams with mixed experience. For the Practical Seminar, we assess existing knowledge through a questionnaire and preparatory conversations. Let us know who already works with AI and who is just starting.

Who should attend, and how large can the group be?

For Foundation and Practical, choose colleagues who carry out the tasks covered in everyday work. These packages call for individual arrangements for groups of more than 20. The Intensive Workshop page recommends no more than 12 to 16 participants, including management and process owners. This makes it possible to agree responsibilities and next steps alongside ideas.

Can training take place on site or online?

Foundation and Practical are also available online, for example through Teams, Zoom or Meet. Online delivery is possible for the Intensive Workshop too, although we recommend attending in person for the shared process sketches and discussions. Include your preferred location or approved video platform in your enquiry.

Can we bring our own tasks and documents?

Yes. The Practical Seminar incorporates examples from your business agreed in advance, such as approved texts or datasets. For the Intensive Workshop, bring specific process problems and any existing workflow descriptions. Agree data use beforehand; a fictional customer enquiry can be sufficient for an exercise.

What do we take away from the training?

In the Foundation and Practical Seminars, you practise using AI tools and receive a digital handout with course content and further links. The Intensive Workshop produces a documented roadmap with prioritised applications, tool recommendations and next implementation steps. This roadmap provides a basis for a possible follow-up project; it does not automatically deliver a fully integrated solution.

What should we prepare before the session?

Identify a task the team should be able to handle better after training and collect suitable examples. An illustrative learning goal could be: “Draft a reply to a customer enquiry and check names, commitments and unanswered questions.” Discuss existing knowledge and approved sample data with us beforehand. Everyone taking part in the practical exercises needs a suitable device and internet access.

Do we need to install software or buy licences first?

The exercises use web-based tools. Start by checking existing accounts and the services approved by your company. We agree the functions and access needed for your exercises before the session. Buy additional licences only after this has been clarified, and test signing in before training.

Are integrations, automation or ongoing support included?

No. Seminars teach and practise using the tools; the Intensive Workshop plans possible next steps. Implementing an integration or automation, developing custom software and providing ongoing support are separate services. We agree their tasks, scope and costs separately.

Where can we find prices, and what should an enquiry include?

Current package prices appear in the seminar overview and on the individual seminar pages. Include your preferred format, participant count and experience, a typical task, location or online preference, and possible dates. We clarify special requirements and binding terms before you commission the training.
