01 Can we also book the course as an online format?
- Yes, of course we offer our seminar virtually as well. We can conduct the seminar location-independently via your preferred platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Meet, or any other solution.
02 Are there materials or certificates?
- Yes. All participants receive a digital handout with the most important course content and further links. We also issue certificates of participation on request, documenting the newly acquired AI knowledge.
03 Is the seminar really tailored to our company?
- Yes! Before the seminar day, we conduct 1:1 preliminary discussions. We also determine the participants' knowledge level via a questionnaire. This makes all content maximally relevant to your department, industry, processes, and goals. If you send us examples (e.g., anonymized texts or data sets), we will build them into the training. Peak Pioneers takes care of the rest.
04 Is there a maximum number of participants?
- The specified prices are generally a flat rate for your entire team. For groups with more than 20 participants, we develop an individual solution together with you.
05 Which topics are covered in the training?
- We convey the most important topics surrounding Artificial Intelligence – understandably, practically, and with a clear focus on the value for your company. Data protection and ethics are always part of the program. Examples from your industry and department are taught realistically in the practice module.
06 Can we discuss confidential internal matters?
- Yes, absolutely. Since it is a closed event only for your company, the discussed information remains confidential within the framework of our GTC. On request, we are also happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). You can speak openly about internal problems, numbers, or strategies – this increases the benefit of the training enormously.
07 Do participants need special software?
- No. We present all content in the web browser. Whether you work along live or just watch and absorb the material during the seminar, a laptop with internet access and, if applicable, access to AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot is generally sufficient to test certain techniques on-site.
08 How do things continue after the course?
- After the basic seminar, your employees are 'ready to go' and know the rules. If you later determine that you want to automate specific processes in a department (e.g., HR or sales), we are happy to assist you with in-depth workshops or process consulting.
