AI for Swiss businesses

Find company knowledge more easily with AIRelevant passages. Answers with sources.

We help you assess whether your existing search is sufficient or a knowledge assistant would help. RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) means that AI finds relevant passages in approved documents and uses them to produce an answer. We develop a clearly scoped application where the data, interfaces and permissions support it.

  • Documentation and handover; hosting, model usage, licences and maintenance are addressed separately in the proposal.

A three-step approach

How we agree the approach with you

01

Understand the search task and documents

You show us typical questions and your current repositories. Together we check whether improving existing search is sufficient. For a custom application, we define the sources and users and assess readability, current versions, interfaces and costs.

02

Develop the first application

We implement the agreed scope. Your subject experts check answers and source passages against familiar questions. This includes questions with no suitable source, conflicting documents and access under different user permissions.

03

Introduce the application and hand over responsibility

You receive the agreed solution with documentation and an introduction for your team. Together we establish who updates sources, manages access and handles errors. Ongoing support and maintenance are agreed separately if needed.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to help you plan

When is a knowledge assistant worthwhile compared with existing search?
If employees answer recurring questions by combining information from several documents, an answer with source passages can help. If they mainly need to find a known file, better organisation or existing search may already meet the need. We assess that option before developing a custom application.
Which documents and permissions need preparation?
Start with a limited, readable collection whose current versions are clearly identified. Assign someone responsible for its content and record who may see each document. Outdated or conflicting sources need clarification first. Connecting the repository depends on available interfaces, licences and permissions.
Does RAG prevent incorrect answers?
No. Relevant sources can be missed or misrepresented. Source passages make an answer easier to check; test questions and expert review remain necessary. We agree how the application should indicate missing information when a question lacks sufficient supporting evidence.
How do documents stay current, and who operates the application?
For the selected repository, we define how new versions, deletions and changes to access rights will be handled and checked. Someone in your company still needs to maintain the content. Hosting, access credentials, usage rights and maintenance are set out in the proposal; ongoing support requires a separate agreement.

What an answer could look like

Fictional example using invented internal documents.

A question from the team
“Who approves an express delivery?”
Answer with a source passage
“The logistics team lead approves express deliveries. Source: Shipping Manual, version 3, section 4.2.”
Unanswered follow-up
“Who acts as their deputy?” — “The approved documents do not name a deputy. Please ask the logistics team.”

Which questions should your company knowledge answer?

Bring a few typical questions, the repositories you use and an overview of access rights. Using examples approved for sharing, we can assess whether existing search is sufficient and what a first custom application would cover.
