AI for Swiss businesses

AI automation for business processesLess retyping. Clearly defined approvals.

We work with your team to simplify a recurring process and implement the agreed workflow. Fixed rules connect data capture, routing and approvals; AI can help structure free-form text. We first assess what is possible with your existing tools.

At a glance
  • A clear record of your process and prioritised measures covering benefits, effort and prerequisites.
  • Implementation of the jointly agreed workflow, subject to available interfaces, licences and permissions.
  • Documentation, training and a defined way to handle errors; consulting, implementation and potential recurring costs are scoped before you commission the work.

Combine specified requirements with approved text blocks. Check prices, terms and binding commitments.

A three-step approach

How we agree the approach with you

01

Define the process and initial goal

Together, we document one selected process: inputs, systems involved, manual work and the desired result. This produces prioritised measures covering benefits, effort and prerequisites.

02

Agree scope and approvals

We assess integrations and data access. Together, we decide which steps use rules, where AI helps and when someone must review the output. Consulting, implementation and potential licence and operating costs are scoped before you commission the work.

03

Implement and check the workflow

We develop the agreed workflow and check it against typical cases and exceptions. Your team assesses the results and the review effort that remains.

04

Document and introduce the workflow

We document the process and error handling and train the people responsible. Together, we agree who will run it and how work will continue if something goes wrong.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to help you plan

Does my process need AI at all?
Fixed routing, calculations or transferring existing fields can often be handled by rule-based automation. AI may help with free-form text, for example by summarising or structuring an enquiry. If responsibilities or the desired workflow are unclear, we clarify the process first.
Which systems can be connected?
This depends on available interfaces, licences and permissions. We assess the specific connection to your existing tools before committing to it. This can include workflows using Power Automate.
What happens with mistakes or unclear cases?
During the project, we define when the workflow stops, who reviews unclear cases and how your team continues manually. We also agree which actions require approval and check these arrangements against typical exceptions.
What is included, and who runs the solution?
The engagement covers the jointly agreed process and workflow. We scope consulting, implementation and potential licence and operating costs before you commission the work. We agree responsibility for operations together; ongoing support is not automatically included.
What should we prepare for the initial conversation?
Bring a concrete process: an anonymised typical input, the desired result, the systems you use and a common exception. Approximate case volume, current effort and someone who knows the process and required approvals are also helpful.
How are business data taken into account?
Before implementation, we clarify data types, access rights and the providers involved. During the project, we define where data may flow and where manual approval is required.

What an initial workflow could look like

Fictional service enquiry example; the actual scope is agreed together.

Input
The shared inbox receives: “Our equipment shows error E17. Can you help?” The customer number is missing.
AI prepares a suggestion
Suggested fields: issue = fault, error code = E17, customer number = missing. The original message remains available for review.
Rules route the case
The agreed workflow adds the case to the service team’s work queue and flags the missing customer number. Unclear classifications go to a person for review.
A person approves
The person responsible checks the case and a draft follow-up question. In this example, nothing is sent automatically and no prices or appointments are promised.

Which process would you like to simplify?

Describe the input, the manual work involved and the desired result. In the initial conversation, we assess whether rule-based automation, AI support or first simplifying the process is appropriate.
